Known by her stage name Candy Bleakz, whose real name is Akiode Blessing was born in Lagos on August 5, 1999.

She was born and raised in Epe, Lagos, Nigeria, a Yoruba-dominated area of the country.

To help pay the bills while attending college, she’s also working toward becoming an accomplished musician. She is now a student of Physiology at Olabisi Onabanjo University.
