JUST IN: INEC Declares ’s Winner Of Edo Election

INEC’s Returning Officer, Prof. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh, announced the total result of the election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, , winner of the governorship election in Edo State.

INEC’s Returning Officer, Prof. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh, announced the total result of the election.

He said polled 223,619 votes, while got 307,955 votes.

Although 17 political parties fielded candidates for the election, it is a two-way race between All Progressives Congress and .
